Class Outline
The focus is on direct experience and addressing the needs of each class group.
We will chant mantra more than I’ll talk about it. (After all, what good would a yoga
class do if we just talked about it and didn’t practice the postures?) The following
is an outline of what might be shared in a 2-hour class.
