I offer a direct, common sense approach to emotional, mental, and spiritual
transformation. I operate from a non-dual philosophy, and approach every
experience ("good" and "bad") as an invaluable teacher. Even the most exalted
states we might experience during session may be sprinkled with a little down-
home humor... We're here to have a good time, right? ;)
True transformation usually comes from broadening your perspective to achieve
greater understanding of how and why things are the way they are. Be prepared to
have an open mind and to look at a bigger picture than you're accustomed to.

A Bit of Personal Information
If you haven't guessed from the pictures, I live in Hawaii. I moved back in 2005, after
healing school, going on pilgrimages to many of the world's ancient holy sites, and
facilitating peace gatherings in the Middle East.
My life passions include music, fostering loving relationships, helping children trust
their inner wisdom, and exploring the miracle of human experience.
In addition to private coaching, I offer health retreats in Hawaii. I also help people in
the holistic field build their businesses online. I've worked with websites, copy
writing, marketing, and strategic planning for several years, and enjoy the balance
and flexibility this type of work offers.
I take a walk in nature every day, and I enjoy chanting, dancing, and yoga. I relish
reading a great novel, and I love to get creative preparing locally grown organic
healing food. More often than not, I have at least a slight smile on my face.
